What membership plans are available to purchase on FiveD.TV? And, what is the cancellation policy at FiveD.TV?
Currently, there are two membership plans: Explorer Membership which is a monthly plan (automatically billed monthly) and the Star Membership which is a yearly plan (automatically billed yearly). See the images below as examples of what an account looks like for both plans and how the billing cycle works. You may cancel automatic renewal of your membership plan at anytime. While we cannot refund your membership fee you will continue to have access to FiveD.TV until your plan expires.
I signed up for an account on the website. How can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel automatic renewal of your membership plan at anytime from the “Account” section on our website. Then, under Manage, click Delete.
I signed up for an account on the website a while ago when subscription plans were in USD and now they are in CAN funds. How does this affect my plan?
FiveD.TV did a currency conversion. If your yearly plan in USD has already been purchased there is nothing for you to do. You may wish to cancel automatic renewal otherwise upon renewal you will be charged in Canadian dollars going forward. In terms of the monthly plan, you can cancel the renewal any month. Please note you will be charged in Canadian dollars going forward. Thanks.
Am I allowed to show videos to a group?
You are free to watch FiveD.TV with friends and family so long as you do not charge them for this experience. Your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to show FiveD.TV to large groups, meetings, classrooms, or for any commercial purpose, you will need permission and a license from FiveD.TV. If you are interested in FiveD.TV for this purpose, please contact our customer care department at: star@fived.tv
What payment methods do you accept for the membership plans?
With Stripe Payment we accept most major credit cards as well as with Paypal. You may choose to use Stripe or Paypal to process your payment.
What kind of computer do I need to view FiveD.TV?
FiveD.TV can be enjoyed on a wide variety of platforms including desktop and laptop computers, tablets, iPhones, smartphones and on your television via an HDMI cable from your computer. In all cases, you must have an active internet connection to stream videos.
Does FiveD.TV work outside of Canada and the United States?
FiveD.TV works worldwide, wherever you have an internet connection. However, you may experience technical problems if your internet connection is not fast enough to support video streaming.
