Class 4 – Some qigong resembles Tai Chi because Tai Chi is a type of qigong. Bring mind, body, and spirit into unison through movement with beautiful flow. In this set we experience creating flow in our body through movement, breath, and intention. Connecting with this then helps us move with more grace in our every day lives, and shows us how to stay mindful throughout our daily interactions. At the same time, keeping our body and our thoughts in sync with our breath brings all of us into resonance and keeps us centered and grounded.
