Class 7 – Sometimes we’re just plain angry! Sometimes we just plain need to get it out! If you’re angry or you feel you’re carry anger within you, practice this. If you don’t have anger you can still practice this and enjoy bringing some of your body’s intensity out to play. This also part of form the 8 Brocade form designed for warriors. Which is perfect since we all know that there’s a warrior within each and every one of us that sometimes just needs to let go. Here’s your form! Enjoy getting it out! Follow along, rinse and repeat as many times as you need. We then balance the organs that relate to anger; infusing forgiveness and a sense of nurturing into ourselves. Despite what everybody around you is doing to trigger you… release, move on, and enjoy!
